Founder and Managing Partner

Elias (Eli) Lebovits is the Managing Partner and Founder of Swift Anchor Holdings. He is responsible for setting the strategic direction and long term vision of the firm, as well as leading investment decisions. Eli’s background spans investing and operations. Prior to founding Swift Anchor, Eli led Corporate Development and Strategy at Medforth, a multi billion dollar private equity-backed holding company. Medforth’s investors included Carlyle, Altas Partners, and Baring Private Equity Asia (BPEA/EQT). At Medforth, Eli led M&A and major strategic initiatives including the development of key growth strategies and operational initiatives including international expansion, new program development, and cost optimization.

Preceding Medforth, Eli was an investor at BlackRock where he led investments across healthcare, industrials and financials for a $60bn portfolio. His investments included public and private equity-backed companies. He began his career at Centerview Partners in M&A.

Eli received an MBA from Harvard Business School (with distinction) and a B.S. from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania, magna cum laude.

Gannon Gambeski is an experienced operator with foundational experience in engineering, program management, business strategy and inorganic growth in multiple industries including, Aerospace and Healthcare. 

Gannon spent over a decade in Aerospace before transitioning to Healthcare at Halma Holdings. In his time in aeropace, Gannon held roles from design engineer to executive for a P/L in B/E Aerospace’s portfolio on complex electronics and cabin system, mainly LED lighting and control systems. Gannon scaled that business to >$100mm, both organically and inorganically. Customers were mainly commercial OEMs and Airlines, as well as BizAv and VVIP. At Halma, a multi-billion dollar public company, Gannon runs a multi-million, multi-site, healthcare manufacturing company servicing OEMs in IVD, NGS and Chromatography. He is also a key architect for inorganic acquisitions and has merged multiple operating companies.

Gannon holds a Bachelors of Science with distinction in Aeronautical Engineering from Clarkson University, and an Executive MBA from Stony Brook University.

Hawken Lord has strong experience across private equity, investment banking, and as an independent consultant. A broad range of transactional experience includes 5 successful M&A deals and 30+ equity and debt capital raising transactions.

Hawken worked as an investment specialist at H.I.G. Capital, a global private equity firm with over $45 bn of AUM. At H.I.G., Hawken specialized in consumer, industrial, and healthcare investments.  At H.I.G. Capital, he was responsible for in-depth due diligence and detailed financial and operating models, negotiating confidentiality agreements and third-party scopes, and positioning investment opportunities with third-party lenders. He managed four portfolio companies by collaborating with senior management through monthly financial updates and quarterly board meetings to evaluate operational performance, strategic planning, and exit opportunities. 

Hawken holds an MBA Degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor’s of Science from Cornell University.  

Hawken is also the founder of Edgewater Strategy Group, a leading advisory and consulting firm.
